Everyone has been talking about IF for the last 10 years it seems and it has only gotten more popular. I love to eat big meals so I figured this would be a good way to get my calories in without overeating and also allowed my body to have a rest. I read 16:8 is what you start with although the better benefits seem to come with 18:6 and 20:4. I don't think I could ever go OMAD, I like food too much haha! I am only on day 2 of this so I will see how it goes.
Anyone else doing IF here? If so, what is your eating window like and how long you been going for? Notice any benefits?
I personally never intentionally tried it. There are days I actually do go awhile without eating but I am not trying to. I have been thin my whole life because I am not a big eater. I will say that my sister had been going IF and keto. She has gone down nearly 5 dress sizes and is in the best shape of her life. She noticed with IF alone, her energy levels were better and she craved sweets much less.

Losing that amount of weight to drop off several dress sizes is impressive! I would imagine that is mostly down to keto though. I know some people lose weight with IF but it still comes down to what you eat and how much.
