As mentioned, I am new to all this. I am not looking to supplement yet if I don't have to but I am sure I could benefit from eating more protein. I just hate having it with every meal. I know chicken breast and greek yogurt are often recommended but are there meals or recipes I can use for meal prepping that would be good to put in my rotation?
I know you can marinate chicken in greek yogurt but I am not entirely certain how much protein is retained or added to the chicken, you would have to look for specific recipes.
There are also dips you can make using greek yogurt for chicken. A real simple one uses 2 cups of greek yogurt, dill, cumin, garlic power, black pepper, salt, and chopped parsley. You add a touch of lemon. You can play around with the amounts of herbs and spices you use but it is tasty. My sister makes it for her kids to dip nuggets into.

I don't know why I didn't think of this! Thanks for posting it. I am going to look up some recipes. I am sure I will be able to find something I like the sound of and give it a go.
