Anyone here do kettlebell training?
I am trying to get an idea of when I will start seeing results. I have been at it a bit over a month and have not noticed any changes. I figured I would have saw some change in my body composition by now. Even if it is minimal.
I live in a small flat so this is about the only exercise equipment I can use at home which is why I got into it.
As little as one week. Not even kidding! In terms of muscle, that will take time to see but you will notice improved posture, energy levels, better movement and control of your body, and you may even notice you are breathing better. This can all be seen in as little as 1 week but for most is is 2 to 4 weeks.

That is not the answer I was expecting. I haven't really seen any changes as I mentioned. Maybe it is down to bad form or not doing it enough? Maybe I need a heavier bell?
