I watch some fitness guys on YouTube and I noticed a trend of them just going on fast food benders. They just eat a lot of high-calorie low-quality food. I guess this is good for adding fat quickly but the quality of that weight gain to go into muscle down the road seems counter productive. I figured eating healthier would always be better. Maybe I am wrong? Maybe it doesn't matter?
What is your go-to food for bulking?
Pizza. It is not healthy but when I am trying to load up on calories, it is the easiest thing for me to eat a lot of. Usually I will do pizza almost daily during a bulking period but I never bulk for more than 3 months. I get so sick of it that I am fine without touching it for a good 6 months to a year when I do this haha
