This is a challenge I would like to take on. For one, it is a good metric for just being more active and has tons of health benefits but also, it is something that can be easily achieved if you aim to account the steps throughout the day. I am on a Facebook group that started this at the beginning of the new year but I plan to start myself in March. Anyone else want to take on this challenge with me?
My mum tried getting me to join her on this challenge a few years ago. Some woman she watches on YouTube started a challenge for her viewers.
The issue for me with walking this much is that I don't have really anywhere to walk. So unless I go out of my way to actually take walks, I am likely averaging around 3,000 steps a day. Sometimes less. I probably should walk more. I just have to find creative ways to up the numbers without having to force myself to go on long walks. I get bored easy lol
