I always see this as a tip for people that are trying to gain muscle or lose weight/fat.
They say to put pictures of yourself on bathroom mirrors, on the fridge. etc. and it serves as a constant reminder to keep on track. Does this work though? Have you tried it?
I did it before and honestly, I just ignored it after awhile. I didn't even notice it.
Someone I know recorded himself once a week without a shirt on. He would stand straight and rotate and then flex. Then he matched up the videos to show progress and it is way more helpful and inspirational imo!
