I am not big on cooking in the AM. I tend to only just have enough time to wash and get to work. Trouble is, I end up eating junk when I am at the office. I would like to find something fast and easy I can eat before leaving or take to work with me and eat at my desk. I know cereals are not ideal and not the healthiest but I am wondering if there are any options that are at least not as bad - i.e. high protein and low sugar.
Post's Premier Protein has lower sugar content. I have had it myself and it is not bad. It is a bit dry but still not unpleasant. Magic Spoon is another one that has no sugar. I have only tasted one of them and did not like it. You have to pay a lot for what you get too. One box would basically be two bowls for me and for the price? It is a bit of a scam IMO.
