I wanted to post these to keep track of certain things for myself and putting them on a public forum will help me stay more accountable if I start to fall off the wagon.
I was a very fit guy when I was younger and had good muscle but took up an office job in my mid twenties, got lazy, got fat, and lost half my muscle. I have been working on getting back in shape. I have lost a good amount of fat, most of it actually so now I am working on bulking up.
- Current dead-lift: 70kg (150 or so pounds)
- Height: 180cm
- Weight: 11.7
