Hey everyone. I am new to the forum and to protein enhancement and fitness. I basically made a 2026 goal for myself to lose a bit of fat and put on some muscle. I was recommended to start looking into protein options from someone at work who is a fitness guy. Hoping I can get some help here. I don't want to bother him too much with a bunch of questions.
