So one of my favourite smoothies is one a woman told me about at the gym. You just use plain yogurt, a handful of berries, one banana, a serving of a protein of your choice, and add water to get whatever thickness you want. You use half a cup of yogurt but this can be adjusted. Also having the berries be frozen makes it extra cold else the banana will make it a bit too warm. I like to do strawberries and blueberries. For an extra kick of nutrition I sometimes throw in chia seeds.
