I just joined a bit ago. Been trying to find a fitness forum and this one looked promising.
I was struggling to find one that had vegetarian sections whilst also having everything else. Most seem to be just one or the other. Hoping to get some help with some questions here and share what I have learned. I am not new to weight loss but I am new to weight gain (muscle).
