I keep hearing good things about them but haven't actually tried anything yet. We have them at the local gym but I figured this would be a good option for home workouts as they take up minimal space. I just heard that if you don't have good form, you could really hurt yourself.
Does anyone here do any kettlebell workouts? What would you recommend for a beginner in terms of weight of the bell?
I am looking for something basic/easy to start, preferably something on YouTube or a guided page showing correct posture with pictures.
I tried doing kettlebells and hurt my back so bad that I never picked another one. I was just doing kettlebell swings. I don't know what I did but I clearly did not have good form when I did it. It took me months for my back to feel normal again. I think form is insanely important with this sort of exercise.
