I have used whey before and I could never stick with it. I end up getting sick of or bored with the flavours, texture, etc. and just end up stopping after awhile. I would much rather just take some pills every day and not have to worry about it. Is there such an option?
Yes, there are options but I will be blunt with you - they just are not as good. You end up spending way more for less in terms of protein. A lot of them promise more than they could ever delivery. Focus more on diet if you can't stomach shakes or bars.
