I noticed that if I don't move enough in the AM, by the time I head to the gym after work, I am way more sore and feel more stiff.
Someone recommended that I do some stretching before working out so I am looking for something easy, short, and beneficial to do before weight-training.
Can someone here give me some recommendations?

I do this before work-outs but also do this before bed. It helps keep things loose and moving. I tend to get stiff if I skip a day or two.

Thanks I will take a better look at this in a bit. I skimmed it and it seems fairly basic but if this is all I need to to to help prevent this, that would be great. I know as we get older, if we don't keep our bodies moving enough things just get still even without exercise.
