Someone I know on another forum uses the Essentials High Protein packs and with milk gets 40 g of protein, swears they taste amazing too. I wanted to get some but it seems like it is only something that sells in the US. I am having trouble finding them here. I can find it on Amazon but it is a massive price hike.
Do we have anything similar to this in the UK?

Tesco has FUEL10K drinks that are meant for breakfast. I believe they have 15g of protein. I don't know about powder packets, I don't think I have ever seen those. I have had the chocolate and banana ones myself and I enjoy them.
