Curious to see who here uses just whey and who uses whey with creatine. I know some people will use whey prior to working out and creatine post work-out. Seems like a common thing. I have only used creatine once years ago. I finished it and never got it again. I didn't feel like it gave me the benefits I wanted. I am looking into trying it again now that I am a bit older. I don't think I needed it when I was younger but now that I am over 30, it seems like it may be more of a benefit.
As far as I know creatine helps more with reaching work-out goals vs muscle gains. So if you feel like you need a boost during your workouts, it is helpful. If it is something you don't think you need help with, whey is more than enough for you.
