I had a gym membership late last year for 3 months. I wasn't sure what my goals were but I managed to lose some weight! Now that I have a better idea of what my goals are now (putting on muscle, losing a bit more fat, fixing my back pain) I am hoping to make progress and share my goals here to keep myself inspired as well as inspire others.

I need to make sure I keep track of things. I have a tendency to start strong and just get lazy but I am making more of an effort with this as I want to be able to see the changes and compare things over time.
