I know I can supplement to meet my goals but in terms of meals, is there a high protein option I can eat in the morning before work that will keep me going until I get home? I don't want to eat at work since I tend to eat nothing but junk. I want to fill up before, maybe stick to eating two larger meals a day. I heard it was beneficial. I am just not sure what would be needed for a high-protein content breakfast.
Steak and eggs, if you can afford it LOL!
That is probably the healthiest breakfast that will load you up on fuel for the day. It is one of my favourite meals but I only have it a few times a year. Beef is too expensive these days.
