Hey everyone... So I want to get in shape and I really don't know what I am doing! I don't know anyone that is into fitness and whilst I tried joining a local gym last year, I couldn't keep up with the price hikes of it. I am on a budget so I have to workout at home. I also know I need to clean up my diet. I managed to lose a bit of weight but I am struggling with putting on muscle. I gave it a good 3 months and didn't see any changes other than losing a bit of fat so I must be doing something wrong. Hoping to get some help here. I tried on Reddit and my posts either got ignored outright or deleted. That platform sucks haha
Reddit can be helpful but when it comes to fitness, you end up seeing more arguments than anything else.
I will see if I can help you with whatever you post here. I don't like to see people set goals and get discouraged or overwhelmed!
