I hope everyone is doing great! I have been looking for a new fitness forum to join and stumbled across this one. The one I was previously on focused a lot on protein as well but unfortunately it was shut down last year. I tried a few others but didn't like them. I like the layout of this one and everyone seems friendly so I joined!
I started my fitness journey back in 2021. Like many, I had lost my job during COVID-19. I was able to find work again but it took over a year. I started working out in that time. First with walks, then jogs, then I got into weight training. I am still not where I want my body to be but I look and feel so much better now, it is crazy.
Hoping to get some advise here and use this forum as a tool to keep me focused and accountable. I have slipped off a few times!
