I have been tacking my intake and it would appear that I am not hitting the numbers I should be for my size, age, weight, and goals. I even asked someone about this that knows more about building and nutrition and he told me I should be getting at least another 500 cal a day. I am just not entirely sure how to do this as I am already so full by the end of the day.
You can add more "empty" calories to make sure you are getting a bit more filler. One of the best things you can eat that will fill you up but still allow you to be hungry a few hours later (that is the joke!) is rice. Doesn't matter which kind. If you want higher calories go for fried rices.
