How do I switch between protein flavours or products?
To try a different product, cancel your current plan and subscribe to your new choice. Your 10% discount will be automatically reapplied—the whole process takes under a minute.
Can I pause my protein subscription or skip a delivery?
To skip a delivery, cancel your current plan and resubscribe when you’re ready. Your 10% savings will restart automatically.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
To reschedule, cancel your current plan and resubscribe on your preferred date. Your 10% subscription discount will be reapplied automatically.
How do I cancel my protein subscription?
You can cancel anytime with no fees. In your account, visit ‘My Subscriptions’ and select ‘Cancel Plan’. We’d love to know how we could improve – please consider sharing feedback.
When will I be charged for my subscription?
We charge on the same schedule as your deliveries. If you choose every 4 weeks, you’ll be charged every 4 weeks starting from your sign-up date.
When will my protein subscription order ship?
We process orders on working days and dispatch most subscription orders within 1–2 working days after payment.
Is shipping free for protein subscriptions?
Yes! All subscription orders over £50 qualify for free Royal Mail 48H Tracked delivery. Orders under £50 have a £3.99 shipping charge.
How do I manage my subscription details?
Log in and visit ‘My Subscriptions’ in your account to view all details. For changes to products or dates, cancel your current plan and resubscribe with your new preferences—your discount transfers automatically.
