This page explains delivery times and shipping costs for orders from ProteinHype.
Delivery Times & Costs
Orders are processed on working days only. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, with delivery times and costs varying depending on your chosen shipping method:
- Royal Mail 48H TRACKED: £3.99 (usually 2-3 working days)
- Free Royal Mail 48H TRACKED delivery on orders over £50. Larger orders may be sent via DPD.
Order cut-off time: 10:00am (GMT, London)
Delivery area: We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Dispatched From
All orders are dispatched from the production facility in Powys, UK.
Letterbox Delivery
Most orders are too large for a standard letterbox. If you won’t be home, leave a note for your postman to leave the parcel with a neighbour, or contact Royal Mail if you receive a ‘Not able to deliver’ card.
Uncollected parcels are usually returned after five working days, though it can take up to 30 days for them to reach us. If a parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery, we can reship it at your cost.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office to see if the package is being held there.
- Check with neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
