I would prefer to just replace two of my meals with shakes at this point but I find that my whey mix isn't filling enough to make it through the day (breakfast and lunch) so I am looking into this as an option.

Ideally I can just get everything in one go as part of a all-in-one system but I am open to buying various equipment from different brands. I just want something that will fit in a small space. I have a very small unused bedroom. It is roughly 6 x 8 feet. So I want to make it into a miniature gym.

I don't want to eat at work since I tend to eat nothing but junk. I want to fill up before, maybe stick to eating two larger meals a day. I heard it was beneficial. I am just not sure what would be needed for a high-protein content breakfast.

Working a lot of OT and now that I am 40 (going to be 41 this year) and feeling the brunt of it all... I decided I didn't want to keep feeling this out of shape anymore. I want to see if anyone is starting over again. I am not sure where to start but I am hoping to find some people I can talk to on here to keep me accountable. I know once the habit is formed, I will be fine but I have started and stopped 3 other times before.

I know some people will use whey prior to working out and creatine post work-out. Seems like a common thing. I have only used creatine once years ago. I finished it and never got it again. I didn't feel like it gave me the benefits I wanted. I am looking into trying it again now that I am a bit older. I don't think I needed it when I was younger but now that I am over 30, it seems like it may be more of a benefit.

I don't know anyone that is into fitness and whilst I tried joining a local gym last year, I couldn't keep up with the price hikes of it. I am on a budget so I have to workout at home. I also know I need to clean up my diet. I managed to lose a bit of weight but I am struggling with putting on muscle. I gave it a good 3 months and didn't see any changes other than losing a bit of fat so I must be doing something wrong. Hoping to get some help here. I tried on Reddit and my posts either got ignored outright or deleted. That platform sucks haha
